Casemandu - the “ultimate” iPod protective case?
A newly released iPod protective case has been hailed as the “ultimate” iPod accessory of its kind by reports.
Designers of the Casemandu case have said their protective shell is the first iPod accessory to offer genuine waterproof, scratchproof, dust-proof and shockproof capabilities.
Constructed from polycarbonate, the Casemandu case features an innovative precision-routed foam insert for both the iPod and iPod mini versions and is available in the traditional white shade as well as black, pink, blue and green alternatives.
“It’s the same foam used by elite military units and NASA to protect the most sensitive equipment in their inventories,” commented Ed Loughran, the co-designer of the Casemandu.
Business partner Tim Adams added: “Casemandu cases are specially designed to prevent ‘bag rash’, the damage you get when you store your iPod in backpacks and other gear bags.
“When you put something as valuable as an iPod inside a book bag, the movement within the bag and the damage from other items rubbing against it destroys the finish and the value of your iPod. The Casemandu design solves that problem.”
The Casemandu iPod case offers itself as an all-in-one storage facility that will retail from £29.99 as from March 1st.
