Checkups completed by iPod accessory makers
A host of iPod accessory designers have announced that faults with various products have either been addressed and fixed or have otherwise been withdrawn from the market.
One of the largest affected designers JBL has confirmed on its website that it is replacing its JBL On Stage accessory free of charge, excluding shipping, on account of a defective chip.
XtremeMac has said it has resolved sound problems with its AirPlay FM transmitter while Incase has released a modified version of its Incase Charger following similar audio problems.
Meanwhile, retailer iPodlounge has announced that Digital Lifestyle Outfitters has rectified its iBoom boombox battery leak problem and Macally has resolved problems with its PodWave accessory.
Gadget Accessories also confirmed that its 3-in-1 Charger has been temporarily withdrawn on account of consumers claiming the accessory had damaged their iPods>.
