iPod gets TuneTalk
Another useful and rather ingenious accessory for the iPod has just been released by Belkin, in the form of the TuneTalk Stereo microphone.
Featuring an omni-directional microphone, the TuneTalk allows users to record memo’s, lectures, interviews, or whatever takes their fancy.
The recorded audio is then accessible to listen to on either the users’ headphones or through a computer.
Belkin stated: “The iPod device’s abundant storage capacity lets you store hundreds of hours of audio.
“You can also copy recordings to your desktop or notebook computer for storage, editing, or sending to others via email. The Belkin TuneTalk brings a whole new dimension to your iPod - it’s not just for tunes anymore.”
TuneTalk includes a foam microphone cover and an LED light that lets the user know when the device is recording, as well as a flexible microphone neck for directional recording.
Shipping to the US in mid June, the TuneTalk should make its European debut shortly after.
