Leading accessory designer Speck Products has disclosed an updated model of its well-received ToughSkin for Apple’s iPod mini.

In keeping with the 4G models these new skins combine practicality and efficiency with interesting and unique exteriors.

Featuring rubberised bumpers for added protection, the ToughSkin package ships with removable plastic screen and scroll wheel protectors plus a detachable belt clip.

The Mini ToughSkin is available for immediate purchase in frosted clear and black shadings for just £18.50.

Other coloured variants including orange, red, blue, pink and green will be made available in May.
