The “last iPod battery you’ll ever need” on sale
If the less-than-impressive battery life of your iPod is driving you insane, genuine help is at hand in the form of the FastMac iPod battery upgrade.
According to the manufacturers, this battery is 70 per cent more durable than the original iPod battery, with up to 7.5 times as many charge cycles.
“This is accomplished through the use of patented nanoparticle technology code-named ‘TruePower’, which significantly slows the degradation of the battery,” says FastMac.
The upgrade is available for 1G/2G/3G iPods and comes with a two-year warranty. The necessary tools and installation instructions come with the battery, though an additional service which includes prepaid postage and professional installation is available from the company website for an extra charge.
